Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute dynamic dance-themed birthday parties that captivate children and engage families.
  • Manage all aspects of the event, from setup to breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and needs with a positive attitude.
  • Facilitate interactive dance activities that promote fun and creativity among participants.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining financial records for events.
  • Utilize conflict management skills to resolve any issues that may arise during events effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all safety protocols are followed, especially when working with children.
  • Deliver public speaking presentations to entertain guests and guide them through the party schedule.

Experience

  • Previous experience in events management or hospitality is essential for creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong background in customer service and guest services to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food service practices to assist with any catering needs during events.
  • Background in theater or performing arts can enhance your ability to engage and entertain guests.
