Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Machine & Cascade Analysis Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on centrifuge machine and cascade performance. This is a rare opportunity to guide cutting-edge modeling and simulation in rotor dynamics, cascade systems, CFD, structural analysis and chemical process engineering. What You Will Do

Lead and oversee machine and cascade modeling, including rotor dynamics, CFD, chemical process modeling, and structural analysis. Drive technical excellence and implement structured, constructive review processes. Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, balancing technical depth with professional growth. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to support mission-critical programs. Communicate technical findings clearly to executives, stakeholders, and customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering (or related field)
  • Strong foundation in modeling and simulation (rotor dynamics, CFD, process engineering, or structural analysis
  • A minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Possession of or the ability to obtain a "Q" clearance is required.

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. In addition, once employe, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
