Work Schedule: Remote

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Manager, where you'll take the lead in driving acquisition and revenue growth through SEM and paid social campaigns to maximize ROAS and marketing efficiency — helping hundreds of thousands of loyal and energetic users reclaim time for what matters most.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an exceptionally analytical, creative, results-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven record of success. SEM is your superpower – you're a master at paid search and have a healthy obsession in discovering opportunities to cross the chasm on new campaigns and audiences.

You'll partner closely with Reclaim's Head of Marketing on strategy development, and own hands-on campaign execution, optimization, forecasting, and performance analysis — collaborating cross-functionally with your amazing design, content, and product marketing counterparts to create scalable, data-driven growth strategies.

You'll play a key part in building a world-class acquisition engine, leveraging AI and analytics to uncover hidden insights, validate incremental revenue impact through lift studies, and shape how our product grows across both PLG and SLG motions in mid-market and enterprise segments.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy & execution:
Own and execute the full lifecycle of paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing, and paid social platforms — from planning and keyword research to campaign launch, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage paid media campaigns:
Manage all aspects of paid media campaigns including ad creation, new campaign launches, bid strategy, budget pacing, and performance analysis to maximize ROAS and MER.
  • Analyze & forecast performance:
Deeply audit and analyze performance data to identify hidden insights and opportunities – track, reporting, and forecasting results across ROAS/MER, and run geo-lift and conversion-lift studies to prove incremental value and refine budget allocation strategies.
  • Continuously optimize & experiment:
Every week you'll run new A/B tests across ad copy, creative, bidding strategies, and audiences to maximize performance and revenue in our target audience, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
  • Manage technical infrastructure:
Manage and optimize tracking infrastructure including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.
  • Collaboration:
Partner closely with design, content, and product marketing teammates to launch new campaigns around our roadmap and align messaging, creative, and targeting strategies for both PLG and SLG growth.
  • Market Intelligence:
Conduct competitive and market analyses to inform keyword strategy, optimize ad copy, and discover new audience segments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in paid media:
You have deep expertise in both strategy and execution for SEM (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Experienced managing B2B self-serve SaaS campaigns:
You've worked in B2B SaaS and have supported both PLG and SLG (bonus if you've worked in the productivity space).
  • Proven success managing $1M+ annual budgets:
You're experienced managing large paid media budget and scaling ROAS in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Create, segment, and manage target audiences:
Own audiences across paid channels — leveraging first-party, intent, and behavioral data to enhance targeting accuracy, conversion quality, and spend efficiency.
  • A creative, analytical marker:
You love diving into data, running lift studies, and uncovering insights that move the needle, while also a master at turning complex features into crisp, compelling ad copy.
  • AI-literate & tech-savvy:
You have advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4), and are comfortable using AI tools to accelerate and enhance campaign optimizations.
  • Highly collaborative & self-directed:
You thrive in ambiguity, are excited by new challenges, and have exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams – employing a no-ego mindset and are eager to switch from high-level strategic thinking to getting your hands dirty on the smallest task.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extreme agility:
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent time management skills, and can quickly pivot to new opportunities, while simultaneously managing ongoing paid media campaigns.
  • Productivity domain knowledge:
Background and domain knowledge in productivity, collaboration, or AI-powered SaaS products and can quickly understand the nuances of complex, technical products and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience outside of paid search and social:
Experience managing paid media campaigns beyond SEM and social, including experimentation across emerging and non-traditional channels (e.g., influencer, native advertising, programmatic, CTV, ABA, and mobile app networks) to drive incremental reach and brand lift.
  • Strong marketing perspective beyond paid media:
Experience optimizing conversion flows beyond ads, and have worked closely with designers, CRO experts, or product teams to optimize the full user journey — including page layout, CTAs, UX copy, and signup flows.
  • You live on the cutting edge of the marketing industry:
You're constantly researching new trends, tools, and tactics to stay ahead of what's next. You regularly subscribe to industry newsletters, follow thought leaders, and explore emerging strategies across paid media, analytics, and AI. You bring that curiosity back to the team — sharing insights, piloting new approaches, and helping shape how we evolve our performance marketing strategy.
