Position Summary

We're seeking a skilled CNC Operator who can run and maintain CNC routers, CNC lasers, and CNC panel saws to support daily production. The right candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.

While programming experience isn't required, it's a major plus — operators with programming capabilities will earn at the higher end of the pay range and enjoy greater responsibility. This position also offers room for advancement into lead or programming roles as your skills and value grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain CNC routers, lasers, and panel saws
  • Set up machines, load materials, and ensure jobs meet production standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
  • Verify dimensions and part quality using measuring tools
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency
  • (Preferred) Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software to optimize operations

  • 2+ years of CNC operation experience (router, laser, or panel saw preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform machine setups

  • (Preferred) Programming experience with CNC routers, lasers, or panel saws

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20–$24/hour, based on experience and programming ability
  • $20/hour: Experienced CNC operator (setup and production)
  • $24/hour: CNC operator with proven programming skill and leadership potential
  • Full-time, on-site role in our Arlington, TX facility
