Senior DevOps Engineer | FinTech Infrastructure | NYC (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a leading global fintech innovator building cutting-edge financial infrastructure across global markets — and they're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of DevOps initiatives in their New York office.

This is a high-impact role where you'll lead local DevOps operations, collaborate across London, Tel Aviv, and New York, and help drive the evolution of a secure, resilient, and scalable production environment for financial systems.

What you'll do:

  • Lead DevOps strategy and operations locally, shaping global standards
  • Design, implement, and deploy infrastructure with a focus on security, scalability, and reliability
  • Build automation pipelines and enhance business continuity and disaster recovery
  • Work hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Support zero-data-loss financial transaction systems

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of DevOps experience in production environments
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and scripting (Python, Bash, or Groovy)
  • Background in financial systems or other high-availability, mission-critical environments
