  • Experience with converting principles into simple, consumable, outputs that alleviates the need to understand technical concepts for audiences.
  • Track record of transforming ideation and manual process to technical solutions.
  • Understanding of the current and evolving landscape of security and insider risk for technology companies.
  • Ability to organize data and apply business context to improve processes or operations and propose solutions that optimize operational performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The gTech Risk and Compliance organization enables gTech to navigate the complex risk landscape and achieve its goals in a safe, secure, and resilient manner.

As a Insider Risk Analyst, you will serves as the technical core of this function, building scalable and automated solutions that prevent, detect, and discover risks in the environment, built in parallel with data intelligence that converts risk observability into actionable outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions to improve the efficacy and coverage of insider focused security events.
  • Automate pre-existing manual processes through technology to scale output and multiply effectiveness for the technical scope of this role purview, which consists of a large, dynamic, userbase.
  • Apply principles of incident management, with a focus on insider risk and the associated threats, to incident response systems and processes.
  • Perform triage of security and privacy event tickets, contributing to an existing incident response framework, with a focus on identifying anomalous behavior.
  • Translate sophisticated technical concepts into consumable data outputs that allow for interoperability of technical work and business operations.
