About the Role

We are seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our equipment financing firm's marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, and web
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including blog posts, case studies, email newsletters, and social media posts
  • Coordinate trade show and industry event logistics, including materials preparation and follow-up
  • Support lead generation efforts through content creation and campaign management
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Maintain the company's CRM system and marketing database
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop materials that support business development efforts
  • Assist with website updates and optimization
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing metrics
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of equipment financing or commercial lending is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time position: 20-25 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule with core hours availability
