We are currently seeking a results-driven Quality Inspector to optimize day-to-day manufacturing and company operations. This key role ensures that all products meet MedPak Solutions' rigorous standards for quality, consistency, and industry compliance. The Quality Inspector will oversee the entire production process, implement quality controls, and ensure operational efficiency to maximize output and profitability.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, continuously seeks process improvements, and collaborates effectively across teams to maintain and elevate our production standards. Key Responsibilities:

· Align production activities with company profitability metrics, ensuring that output meets or exceeds efficiency goals while maximizing profit margins.

· Regularly report to the Plant General Manager on recurring quality concerns or operational bottlenecks, proposing actionable solutions that directly impact profitability and cost control.

· Conduct frequent quality inspections of materials, components, and finished products to guarantee they meet client specifications and industry standards, minimizing defects and reducing rework costs.

· Establish and sustain robust quality control processes that ensure compliance with industry regulations and company sustainability objectives, while reducing the cost of non-compliance.

· Maintain thorough documentation of production performance and quality control, using data-driven insights to inform corrective actions that support cost reduction and operational efficiency.

· Lead audits and compliance reviews to identify opportunities for further cost-saving measures and operational improvements, ensuring the company consistently meets quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • College Degree in any field a plus.
  • Result-driven, ability to meet and exceed company's and client's goals
  • Familiarity with quality control standards, testing methods, and inspection processes a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify product defects and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including product specifications and safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety standards and adhering to compliance regulations.
