American Operator is look to add plumbers at all levels to join one of our portfolio companies. This role will be based in Austin, TX working for a a long-standing, community-focused plumbing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping for residential clients.

  • Complete jobs ranging from new construction and remodels to everyday service calls and repairs.

  • Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and recommend effective solutions.

  • Interact with customers professionally and provide exceptional service.

  • Follow all safety guidelines, regulations, and building codes.

  • Mentor junior plumbers (journeyman and master levels).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Apprentice - Eagerness to learn and strong work ethic & technical training or related experience

  • Journeyman Plumber - Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License & proven plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance experience

  • Master Plumber - Valid Texas Master Plumber License & extensive field experience and leadership capability
