You'll greet guests (both two- and four-legged), handle the front desk magic, and dive paws-first into playtime supervision. What You'll Be Wagging About (Your Key Responsibilities):

• Greet & Gleam: Be the welcoming wizard at the front desk—answering calls with polished phone prowess, checking in our VIP pups, and ensuring every client leaves with a smile (and maybe an upsell on spa treatments).
• Sell the Sizzle: Outgoing charm on steroids Cross-sell and upsell our amenity-packed services—like grooming glow-ups or enrichment extras—to craft amenity-filled stays that wow. Follow up post-visit for raving reviews and rock-solid satisfaction.
• Activity Architect: Plan and facilitate furry fun Whip up arts & crafts sessions, lead games that get tails spinning, and supervise daytime playtime/camp to keep energy high and safety first.
• Behind-the-Scenes Boss: Tackle admin adventures—filing, invoicing, records magic, POS wizardry, credit card swipes, and social media shoutouts on Instagram & Facebook to hype our happy hounds.
• Clean & Keen: Pitch in on facility freshness and hands-on dog care, from exercise romps to ensuring our space stays spotless for supreme comfort.
