Job Responsibilities

• HVAC Installations – Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems with a high level of quality craftsmanship
• System Startups – Perform system startup on newly installed HVAC systems to ensure proper operation, troubleshoot any issues, and verify the system functions at peak efficiency
• Customer Communication – Engage with homeowners to provide consistent, high-level customer service, explaining the installation process, system operation, and answering questions
• Quality Control – Ensure installations meet company standards, building codes, and industry regulations, while maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail
• Documentation – Complete required paperwork for each job, including system installation details, materials used, and final inspection reports
• Training & Mentoring – Lead and mentor junior installers, ensuring team members maintain high standards and are trained on best practices
• Safety & Compliance – Follow safety protocols, national codes, and local building regulations to ensure safe and compliant installations
• Service Titan – Use Service Titan or similar trade software to track jobs, document progress, and update service records
• Problem Solving – Address and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience – 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer, with a focus on residential systems, and a strong background in the installation of central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems
• Certification – HVAC certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferred
• Leadership – Proven ability to lead a team, manage installation schedules, and mentor junior installers
• Customer Service – Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to homeowners
• Technical Expertise – Proficient in HVAC system installations, troubleshooting, and system startups
• Attention to Detail – High attention to detail to ensure quality installations and system performance
• Driver's License – Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Software Skills – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
