This role supports the financial operations of our hospital network by ensuring timely account resolution and reconciliation of patient balances. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Revenue Cycle functions, including collections and cash reconciliation, in alignment with departmental goals and key performance metrics.
  • Support multi-facility hospital business office operations for both inpatient and outpatient accounts.
  • Accurately process billing using UB-04 and HCFA 1500 forms.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism while adhering to the organization's Mission and core values: Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, and Stewardship.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver value to patients and the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Collections and cash reconciliation
  • Multi-facility hospital business office operations
  • Inpatient and outpatient billing (UB-04, HCFA 1500)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Additional Information:

  • This is an onsite role.
  • No HS/GED verification required for this position.
