We're looking for a Regional Construction Services Manager to join our team in Chesterfield, Missouri. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in roadway, highway, and bridge inspection and administration. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience and broad knowledge of construction materials and methods.

What You'll Do

As a Regional Construction Services Manager, you'll:

  • Manage, schedule, and oversee construction inspection staff and projects.
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Perform materials testing on soil, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt.
  • Conduct construction observation to ensure compliance with contract documents.
  • Prepare project documentation, pay applications, change orders, and perform general administrative duties.
What You Bring
  • Experience as a lead construction observer on infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with erosion and sediment control inspection preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of industry construction standards and a network within the construction industry.
  • Motivated with excellent organizational and computer documentation skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry field equipment and samples.
  • Proven reliability, independence, and strong work ethic.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business development skills.
  • Experience with MoDOT LPA projects and MoDOT documentation processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • MoDOT Technician Certification and/or IDOT Quality Management Certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Computer drafting skills beneficial.
  • Experience with specialty construction markets helpful.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a physical and drug screening.
