C.A.R.E. (Connections, Awareness, Responsibility, Engagement), a Universal Prevention Initiative designed to improve behavioral health for youth residing in Broward County.
The CBCI Program Facilitator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering evidence-based curricula to support youth in developing self-awareness, social consciousness, decision-making, and relationship-management skills. This position is critical in ensuring that programs meet established student outcomes, maintain fidelity to instructional materials, and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Delivery:
- Facilitate evidence-based curricula for middle and high school students in classroom and community settings.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive curriculum tailored to meet desired student outcomes.
- Utilize the Facilitator's Manual and other resources to ensure fidelity to program implementation.
- Analyze and assess program data to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional objectives and adjust methodologies as needed.
- Incorporate strategies to enhance student engagement, motivation, and participation while addressing individual learning needs.
- Provide consistent and positive feedback to students to encourage their growth and development.
Resource Development and Coordination:
- Lead the selection, organization, and implementation of instructional resource materials to support curriculum delivery.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment between curriculum objectives and organizational goals.
- Maintain an inventory of instructional materials and ensure they are readily available for program use.
Student and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, administrators, and community partners to promote collaboration and program success.
- Actively participate in meetings to provide input on curriculum and instructional strategies and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the program and community or school-based partners to enhance program visibility and effectiveness.
Evaluation and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data from student surveys, attendance records, and facilitator feedback to assess program impact and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data is documented accurately and submitted to the Clinical Director promptly.
- Utilize program evaluation findings to refine service delivery, improve curriculum design, and address resource gaps.
Professional Development:
- Attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as assigned.
- Stay informed about best practices in youth development, curriculum design, and social-emotional learning.
Pay: $43, $46,000.00 per year
