Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and organized, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and experience with various warehouse equipment.

Duties

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using an RF scanner.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading products.
  • Perform inventory control tasks to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including checking in merchandise and preparing outgoing shipments.
  • Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and organization for easy access by customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse area, including regular cleaning of equipment and workspaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries related to products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Utilize retail math skills for accurate pricing and merchandising of products.

Experience

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in roles involving inventory management and stocking.
  • Familiarity with produce handling is a plus.
  • Experience with retail sales or cashiering is beneficial for customer interaction aspects of the role.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse customers.
