What You Will Do:

TheTechnology Financial ServicesConsulting &Solutions Architect will serve asasenior technologyconsultant supporting our commercial financial services clients and strategic pursuits. This role is critical in shaping and delivering technology strategies that align with the evolving needs of banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech organizations. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with financial services technologies and data ecosystems, strong relationships with industry technology stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering trusted, impactful solutionsto financial services clients.

• Engage in client conversations on business issues and various technology solutions with financial services clients
• Lead technical solutioning for financial servicespursuits, including RFP responses, solution architecture, and client stakeholder engagement.
• Design and articulate end-to-end technology solutions that support enterprise goals across retail banking, capital markets, insurance, and wealth management.
• Collaborate across the Guidehouse enterprise to integrate multidisciplinary expertise, capabilities, and innovations—bringing the full strength of the firm to solve complex client challenges and drive new business.
• Align proposed solutions with industry trends such asfraud prevention,legacy system modernization, cloud adoption, digital transformation, and the integration of AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop solution components, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
• Support mobilizing delivery teams post-award, ensuring continuity and clarity of vision and, where applicable, deliver technology projects with high client satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with financial services stakeholders to refine requirements and validatetechnologysolution approaches.

What You Will Need:

• 15+ years of relevanttechnology consultingexperience.
• 10+ years of experience in technologyconsulting andsolution architecturewith financial services clients
• Strong relationships with financial services technology stakeholders and a reputation for trusted delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with data flows across financial ecosystems, including integration with third-party providers and regulatory bodies.
• Proven ability to lead technical solutioning in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in ROM/LOE estimation, pricing, and proposal-to-win (p2w) activities.
• Experience inshaping new business opportunities andtechnologyprograms.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
• Based in or near a major financial hub (e.g., New York, Charlotte, Chicago, Washington, DC) for on-site engagement with clients.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience working with financial services innovation teams or digital transformation offices.
• Prior experience in a technology consulting roleat a larger muti-disciplinary consulting firm working withcommercial banking, insurance, or fintechclients.
• Familiarity with financial services IT standards and compliance requirements.

The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376, Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
