ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a licensed, skilled, and client-focused Esthetician / Medical Esthetician to join our Luxury Med Spa team. This role is ideal for a professional who is confident in advanced facial and body treatments, passionate about skin health, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences and results.

REQUIREMENTS

· Valid Esthetician License (State of California – required)

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Esthetician (Med Spa experience strongly preferred)

· Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment protocols

· Experience working with advanced aesthetic devices

· Excellent consultation, communication, and client education skills

· Professional appearance, attitude, and strong work ethic

· High attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

· Ability to work independently and as part of a medical team

· Comfortable selling treatment packages, memberships, and retail products

· Ability to maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records

· Knowledge of sanitation, infection control, and safety standards

· Spanish language skills are a strong plus

· Reliable, punctual, and professional

SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide RF (Radiofrequency) Therapy

· Perform Microcurrent Therapy treatments

· Oxygen Glo2 facial treatments

· HIFU treatments (based on certification and scope of practice)

· LED Therapy treatments

· Signature Lior Luxe Treatments

· EMS face and body treatments

· Body Vacuum Therapy

· Cavitation treatments

· Lymphatic Roller treatments

· LPG Slimming treatments

· Infrared Sauna sessions

· Cold Plunge sessions

· Conduct thorough client consultations and create treatment plans

· Educate clients on post-care, home care, and long-term treatment plans

· Sell treatment packages, memberships, and retail products

· Maintain treatment room cleanliness and equipment sanitation

· Ensure exceptional client experience and satisfaction

· Advanced facial and body treatment skills

· Strong sales, rebooking, and client retention abilities

· Experience with Med Spa equipment and protocols

· Ability to build long-term client relationships
