Technology – Dynatrace Application Performance Management (APM):

An enthusiastic and motivated professional grown technically in the infrastructure/application performance management with varied experience on different hardware platforms, network / server support & integration, OS / messaging, data centers, Cloud, web technologies etc and should have deep understanding of the Dynatrace solution through past APM experience who acts as a technical advisor with experience on monitoring Java, .NET, , PHP, cloud hosted applications (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and OpenTelemetry applications

Job Description:

  • Capability to design and implement Dynatrace SaaS/on-premise solutions across multiple platforms
  • Deep knowledge and experience on Dynatrace solutions Such as OneAgent, ActiveGate, Management Zones and etc.
  • Prior experience on deployment and configuration of Dynatrace .NET, Java, PHP, Kubernetes and Microservices through any orchestration solutions such as Ansible, Terraform and etc.
  • Should also be able to implement Dynatrace offerings such as Full stack monitoring, Log, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), Business Analytics, plugins/extensions, Grail and Davis AI
  • Build deep technical expertise on the Dynatrace product and the application stacks and use those skills to address business and technical issues as needed
  • Help business teams setup, alerts, dashboards and custom configuration to get full visibility into their entire environment
  • Train users on best practices and Dynatrace features to proactively monitor performance in their environment as well as use the product to identify bottlenecks as needed
  • Function as a front-line technical resource for 'best practice' and informal questions
  • Help document best practices in developing and deploying Dynatrace in customer environment
  • Experience on integrating Dynatrace with ITSM and Manager of Manager (MOM) tools
  • Knowledge/Experience with deployment methodologies (chef, puppet, Ansible and Terraform)
  • Must understand Cloud hosted applications on SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
  • Must understand the Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Application technologies such as JAVA, .NET, PHP, , microservices, kubernetes, dockers and containers
  • Knowledge/experience in monitoring applications through OpenTelemetry approach
  • Working with a wide variety of platforms and application stacks. Ability to understand new application frameworks in customer environments quickly
  • Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis skills, self-initiated, quick learner.
