Are you passionate about luxury wellness and skincare? We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive revenue and create exceptional client experiences for a high-end spa in Oklahoma City. What You'll Do
  • Drive sales of luxury spa treatments, skincare packages, and retail products
  • Lead, inspire, and coach the in-spa sales team to consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Conduct one-on-one client consultations, presenting options and recommending personalized packages
  • Build lasting relationships with new and returning clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to close, ensuring exceptional service throughout
  • Collaborate with spa management and marketing to design effective promotions and sales strategies
  • Track performance metrics, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain deep knowledge of spa treatments, skincare lines, and product benefits
Who You Are
  • Proven track record in sales or sales management, ideally in luxury spa, med spa, aesthetics, or skincare
  • Skilled in consultative selling and closing high-value sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, polished, and client-focused
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales tracking systems
  • Passionate about wellness, skincare, and luxury service
Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed base pay: $3,000/month + Commissions

Schedule
