In this role, you will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting with the delivery of quality facility management services for approximately 40 bank branches on the eastern side of New Jersey from around Newark all the way down to Bayville but primarily in the northern half of this region. This role will coordinate and manage client requirements and service delivery to ensure we exceed client expectations.Here is some of your day:  Support the Account Director in the implementation of all full-service components of first-class facilities management, specifically addressing the client scope of work per the contract.Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Account Director, and the client.Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client and oversee the development and management of the expense budgets by interfacing closely with the our JLL finance manager.Effectively lead, manage, support, and assist in training the facility team.Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with team-mates and the client. Provide support in implementing short and long-term projects for the client project based on participating addendum and contract.Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis. Effectively manage the annual budget, baseline adjustments, and finance components related to specific client portfolios.Assist with developing and implementing the annual management plan and budget adjustments for the buildings.Here is who we are looking for:Required4+ years of work experience in Facilities Management or Building Operations.Experience with budgeting, vendor management, operations, and/or maintenance.Knowledge in maintaining, operating, and repairing all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds.Superior customer service, team player who builds and maintains relationships.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.Effective use of technology and tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Computerized Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS) experiencePreferredBank Management experienceBachelor's degree or higherCorrigo experienceBOMI FMA, IFMA FMP or IFMA CFM credentialsSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with but available 24x7 for emergencies.Pay $100,000-125,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary.Estimated compensation for this position:100,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
