About Our Program
Our child-centered, teacher-supported learning approach draws inspiration from:

We use Teaching Strategies/Creative Curriculum to design engaging lessons based on children's emerging interests, blending play, culture, and independence.
What You'll Do
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe, document, and assess children's growth and learning
- Maintain a well-organized and inviting classroom space
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in early childhood education (preferred)
- Certification in or actively working toward CDA, AA, or BA in ECE —
- Strong classroom management & communication skills
- Ability to pass fingerprint/background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- A genuine passion for hands-on, play-based learning with natural & cultural resources

Schedule
- Flexible Hours - Full or Part-time, Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shift with 1-hour lunch
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
