Looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Receptionist, who is a team player that can multitask for our fast paced Rheumatology practice. A positive attitude is a must as you will be interacting directly with the patients. Our office hours are Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Friday is 7am-1pm (enjoy an early start to your weekend ) Paid Holiday's included, after 90 days.

Candidate must be self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn, we will train the right individual.

Medical Receptionist duties and responsibilities:

  • Checking patients in and out

  • Obtaining referrals

  • Answer a multi-line phone

  • Scheduling patients to maintain a full daily schedule

  • Verifying insurance

  • Collecting co-pays and payments

  • Medical records
