The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter and will have excellent communication and organizational skills. Lee's Summit Place is a small 32 bed Rehab to Home facility with an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service and care. CNA Responsibilities & Duties:

  • assisting with bathing
  • changing linens
  • properly positioning patients
  • offering hydration
  • checking in on patients in the morning and night
  • taking/ recording vital signs.
  • In addition to these core responsibilities, the Certified Nurse Aide will may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in MO
  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
  • Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition

Hours: 7 PM -7 AM OR 7 PM- 7 AM

Shift Differentials & Bonuses:

  • $2.50 shift differential on nights
  • Weekend shift differential of $3.50 (Friday night through Sunday night)
  • $500 Referral Bonus
  • $2,500 sign on bonus
