Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with experience in various aspects of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Assist in bussing tables by clearing dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly after guests finish their meals.
  • Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and food handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring all catering needs are met.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
  • Experience with bussing, cleaning, cooking, or food preparation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Job Type: Part-time
