Regional Director of Family Engagement, Alpha
2 weeks ago
LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at one of the campuses listed below, with local travel required as needed.
If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates as your professional mission, this role places you at the forefront of that transformation.
Alpha is not a conventional school. Students complete their core academic work in two hours per day using AI-driven learning platforms. The remainder of their day is dedicated to real-world competencies—public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful project work. No traditional lectures. No redundant assignments. Only accelerated mastery and outcomes in the top 1% nationwide. This educational model requires a fundamentally different form of family partnership—and that is your domain.
You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, cultivate trust, and build advocacy. You'll deliver compelling information sessions, establish meaningful community connections, and transform inquiries into sustained waitlist growth. Your responsibilities extend beyond enrollment. You will also be the central point of contact for families throughout their Alpha experience—resolving concerns, deepening engagement, and converting parents into vocal advocates for the model.
This is a role defined by trust and autonomy, with tangible accountability. You'll be stationed at a single campus, present on-site the majority of the time, delivering measurable results—not simply executing a predetermined playbook. If you are convinced that most schools are underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
