A precision aerospace manufacturer is seeking a hands-on
Director of Quality
to lead all aspects of the quality function, including QMS oversight, supplier quality, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet the highest aerospace standards while driving a culture of quality across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings
10+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience
with deep knowledge of
AS9100D, NADCAP
, and precision hardware or fastener production. Proven leadership in quality systems, supplier management, and root-cause analysis is essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Strong background in AS9100D, ISO 9001, and NADCAP compliance
  • Experience in fasteners, precision machining, or hardware manufacturing preferred
  • Hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • ASQ or Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus
