At Sweetish, we're on a mission to bring the magic of Sweden's pick n mix candy culture to every corner of the U.S. What started in 2019 as a tiny retail shop has grown into a full-blown candy adventure rooted in nostalgia, quality, and fun. From our online store to wholesale shelves across the country, we're spreading sweetness in every way we can.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering samples.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including sanitizing surfaces and restocking displays.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels by replenishing candy bins, monitoring inventory, and alerting management of low stock.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash responsibly.
  • Assist in daily operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly, such as opening/closing duties and preparing samples.
  • Develop product knowledge to educate customers on different types of candy, ingredients, and recommendations.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience is required.
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to engage with people of all ages.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for creating a fun, interactive shopping experience.
  • Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights for restocking.
