We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We're dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid's network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. - Align teams across the Data Org, ML engineering, and product lines such as Credit, Fraud, and Identity. Translate platform investments into measurable impact.
- Stay current on trends in ML, AI, and data infrastructure. Help shape how Plaid applies these technologies responsibly and effectively.
- 8+ years of product management experience in data platforms, ML/AI tooling, or developer infrastructure
- Strong understanding of the data and model lifecycle, including collection, governance, training, deployment, and observability
- Experience shipping high-leverage platform products used by data scientists, engineers, or product teams
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and influence across a wide range of stakeholders
- Builder mindset with comfort in ambiguity and a track record of taking ideas from concept to launch
