Sock Packer

We're looking for detail-oriented, hardworking individuals to join our Extraction Lab Team as Sock Packers. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced cannabis production environment, where precision and consistency are key.

As a Sock Packer, you'll play a critical role in preparing biomass for extraction - helping ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You'll work closely with lab managers and production staff, keeping operations running smoothly and safely in a temperature-controlled workspace.

• Prepare and fill extraction socks with biomass according to production schedules.
• Track weights, strains, and daily production logs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with biomass intake - unloading, weighing, and organizing by strain.
• Maintain clean, organized freezers and work areas at all times.
• Ensure daily prep quotas are met to keep the lab running efficiently.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures to maintain compliance with OLCC and facility standards.
• Support lab staff with other production or cleaning duties as needed.

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have or be able to obtain an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
• Previous experience in cannabis production, manufacturing, or agriculture preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in cold conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to team success.
• Experience with METRC tracking a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
