Chocho Hot Pot is a premium, all-you-can-eat individual hot pot restaurant, originally founded in Vancouver, Canada. We're excited to bring this unique experience to Dallas and are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team

What You'll Do as a Kitchen Assistant Manager:

  • Support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily back-of-house operations, ensuring prep, cooking, and service run smoothly and efficiently
  • Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
  • Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Optimize kitchen workflows to ensure timely execution and seamless coordination with the front-of-house team
  • Assist with inventory control and ordering, ensuring ingredients are well-stocked, fresh, and properly rotated
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards, always ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Step into key kitchen roles as needed, especially during peak hours, to ensure consistent and timely food service
  • Collaborate closely with the front-of-house management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Act as a leader in the Kitchen Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and team support
