Position Overview
One of our valued clients in Syracuse, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent role, fully onsite Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and issue weekly invoices to customers.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and files for Accounts Receivable.
- Verify billing accuracy against quoted proposals.
- Send payment reminders and follow up with customers as needed.
- Support the Accounts Receivable team in ensuring timely and accurate collections.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing.
- High school diploma required; relevant Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in work.
- Friendly, collaborative attitude and effective communication skills.
