Job Overview

As a Market Associate, you will play a vital role in our dynamic food production environment, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will support the market team with basic preparation tasks, cleaning, and sanitation of work areas.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the preparation and production of food items, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards
  • Handle food safely and efficiently, following all food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market and work areas to promote a safe working environment
  • Utilize knife skills for Fish cutting and other food preparation tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Basic qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
  • Oyster Shucking experience preferred
  • Cleaning/Sanitation

Preferred qualifications

  • Culinary experience with a focus on food preparation techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Proficiency in knife skills and fish cutting techniques
