Concrete Delivery Dispatcher/Order Taker

Cranesville Block Company, Inc. is actively searching for a concrete delivery dispatcher/order taker who has prior experience, shows initiative and is dependable. This individual is a great communicator and is able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
Job Description
- Responsible for answering phones, communicating prices with customers, interacting with coworkers, creating daily transaction worksheets to be reviewed by corporate officers.
- Facilitate daily truck scheduling through software program. Communicate with plant personnel regarding scheduled orders and coordinate delivery times.
Qualifications
- Communication: This individual must be able communicate with a variety of customers and all levels of the company clearly and professionally.
- This person must be computer literate and have measurable skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, GPS systems, dispatching software (not mandatory), etc.
- Any prior knowledge of the concrete delivery process will be valued but not mandatory.
