A high profile and discrete UHNW family is seeking an experienced, system-oriented and operationally adept Estate Manager to oversee their Malibu estates. This role is best suited for a seasoned private service Estate Manager or a senior hospitality leader who thrives in structured, high-performance environments and can step in immediately to manage complex operations across multiple properties.

*Will only consider LA-locals; no relocations will be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across three multi-structure Malibu estate sites
  • Provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight of estate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
  • Lead household staff, including: housekeeping, grounds, security, f&b
  • Manage and coordinate all vendors and service providers, leveraging strong local relationships
  • Ensure preventative maintenance and property standards are consistently maintained and met
  • Implement and follow established systems, protocols, and operational processes
  • Partner with leadership on staffing needs
  • Act as a solutions-driven executor focused on outcomes and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an Estate Manager in private service or a Hotel Management / senior hospitality leadership role at a high end hotel
  • Comfortable managing multiple teams and properties simultaneously
  • Strong operational and management background across facilities, housekeeping, grounds, security, and service teams
  • Excellent communicator and relationship manager with demonstrated professionalism
  • Established local vendor relationships in the Los Angeles / Malibu area is a major plus
  • Highly organized, systems-oriented, and able to execute with minimal ramp-up
  • High touch, client-focused approach, delivers at the highest standards
  • Discrete and highly confidential, protects clients' privacy
  • Calm, professional, and action-oriented working style. Must have excellent references and a clean background

Location:
Malibu, CA

Compensation Package
: K + Benefits + 401K + match, PTO

Schedule:
Monday-Friday with flexibility to work as needed
