Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive service and repairs on e-bikes, including suspension tuning, brake adjustments, drivetrain maintenance, and electrical system troubleshooting
  • Assemble new e-bikes efficiently, ensuring all components are correctly installed and functioning properly
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to conduct maintenance tasks with precision and safety
  • Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks to identify issues early and prevent future problems
  • Provide expert advice to customers on e-bike features, repairs, and maintenance needs while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Assist in retail sales by demonstrating product knowledge, explaining technical features, and supporting sales initiatives
  • Lift heavy bikes or components safely during repairs or assembly while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an e-bike service technician or mechanic with a strong background in bicycle or vehicle maintenance
  • Solid mechanical knowledge with expertise in suspension systems, brake repair, assembly, and electrical diagnostics
  • Familiarity with cycling components, power tools, hand tools, and safety procedures for heavy lifting
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems specific to electric bikes effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with retail sales experience and retail math understanding
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately
  • Passion for cycling and sustainable transportation solutions is highly desirable
