About the Role

G Force Solutions, an SBA 8(a), HUBZone, and EDWOSB-certified federal contractor, is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to support the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Data Modernization Section (DMS) program in Arlington, VA.

This position is a key leadership role responsible for driving daily program operations, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of Agile, cloud, and data modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day program execution, Agile sprint planning, and reporting activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for FDIC leadership, contracting officials, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage schedules, risks, deliverables, and contract performance under a Time & Materials (T&M) environment.
  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team supporting cloud, AI, and data modernization initiatives.
  • Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder briefings, and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with FDIC and federal IT governance, security, and reporting standards.
  • Work on-site at FDIC Virginia Square (3501 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA) for meetings, reviews, and security sessions as required.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience managing federal IT or data modernization programs.
  • PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification required (multiple preferred).
  • Proven track record managing Agile and cloud modernization contracts (T&M or BPA environment).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with federal governance, cybersecurity, and reporting processes (FDIC, Treasury, or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an FDIC background investigation.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $185, $225,000.00 per year
