Position Summary

The Tech 1, Certified Clinical is responsible for providing care coordination and healthcare navigation assistance to members receiving specialty infused medications. This role supports transitions of care, benefit education, and collaboration with providers to ensure continuity and quality of treatment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a growth mindset, inspires and motivates the team, and focuses on service and patient-centered care. Compassion, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Hospital Pharmacy setting.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Active PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Active State-level licensure requirements must be met.
• Previous experience in a specialty or infusion pharmacy setting.
• Skilled in providing outstanding customer service and practicing effective listening
• Experience with pharmacy and medical prior authorizations.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to concentrate and maintain focus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical competency for pharmacy math and measurements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work-from-home experience
• Previous experience in a specialty or infusion pharmacy setting.

Education

• High school diploma or GED.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$ $25.65

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
