Fit Body Boot Camp Rogers is a family-owned, high-energy fitness studio focused on results, accountability, and leadership. Our workouts are 30 minutes of proven intensity and team-driven energy. We believe in mentoring and growing coaches into leaders who can build people up both on and off the mats.

We don't just hire trainers. We build professionals through structured mentorship, hands-on coaching feedback, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 30-minute, high-energy group training sessions
  • Engage with members by name, build relationships, and deliver personal attention
  • Coach proper exercise form and provide modifications for all fitness levels
  • Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning equipment, bathrooms, vacuuming, and maintaining a professional environment
  • Execute pre-session and post-session checklists with precision
  • Participate in meetings, marketing events, and leadership training
  • Represent the Fit Body Boot Camp brand with professionalism, energy, and care

Who We're Looking For

  • Energetic, reliable, and passionate about fitness and helping others
  • Coachable and driven to grow through mentorship
  • Able to lead groups with confidence and maintain structure under pressure
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Morning and evening availability
  • CPR/AED certification preferred
  • Fitness certification preferred but not required; we reimburse certification costs after successful completion of the 12-week program

Schedule

Morning and evening shifts available. Both full-time and part-time positions open.
