Guest Service Agent

Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
  • Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests or direct them to the appropriate department
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
  • Assist with check-out procedures, including reviewing charges and providing receipts
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

-Assist with boutique and ensuring boutique is properly stocked.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with composure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
