Guest Service Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests or direct them to the appropriate department
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with check-out procedures, including reviewing charges and providing receipts
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Assist with boutique and ensuring boutique is properly stocked.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with composure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
