Hourly Compensation
: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Scope of Work

  • Editing and production of educational webinars, requiring hands-on video editing experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • Website content updates and maintenance, with the ability to independently assess project needs and implement updates efficiently with minimal revisions.
  • Development of branding and creative assets for a potential new educational product.
  • Creation and execution of a marketing plan for an existing product, ensuring alignment with operational timelines and program milestones.
  • Strategic analysis of conversion metrics, identifying opportunities to grow educational offerings through new and emerging communication channels.
  • Support for updating existing documents and communications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with upcoming exams and recertification cycles.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of three years' related work experience in a similar position.
  • Strong computer skills and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva for video editing.
  • Experience with website updates.
  • Demonstrated high-level professionalism.
  • Experience with Customer Management Systems (CMS) or Association Management Systems (AMS) preferred.
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects cross-functionally; able to prioritize, adapt to change, and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive matters and documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Work Environment

It is an office setting with a moderate level of noise from computers, printers, and light traffic. Dress is casual. The requirement is to work in the office 5 days a week. Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
