Job Title: Roll-Off Truck Driver

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Location: Newberry, Florida

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a roll-off truck to deliver, pick up, and transport waste containers to and from customer sites. You will represent our company with professionalism and ensure timely, accurate service for all deliveries and pick-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate roll-off trucks to deliver and retrieve waste containers at various job sites.
  • Safely load, secure, and transport containers according to company and DOT regulations.
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and pick-up logs.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and service needs.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • Keep truck and equipment clean and in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL (Class A/B or higher) with a clean driving record.
  • Previous roll-off truck experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment when needed.
