Patient Care Coordinator

We're saving lives ahead of time You've never seen a healthcare office like this.
A booming natural healthcare clinic is seeking exuberant and health-minded individuals who wish to eternally impact millions through the application and manifestation of Biblically-based principles of health and healing. We combine an ancient understanding of health with modern methods of healing to cancel surgeries, decrease medications, and redirect clients to their rightful and God-ordained state of abundant life and health.
Great production incentives are offered to earn individual and team bonuses in addition to an hourly wage. Personal production and goal attainment are highly rewarded here. Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications is required. Team members must be outgoing, friendly, and motivated to help the entire organization succeed. Attention to detail while multi-tasking is an absolute necessity. This is a fragrance-free natural healthcare office. Flexible work hours may vary seasonally but are primarily Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm.
This business should be considered a school (or ministry) in which its staff members become students (or ministers) with intention, will, and determination to personally and professionally grow themselves while passionately engaged in providing services to humanity which are desperately needed now more than ever before.
We're summoning motivated and inspired go-getters with phenomenal people skills and organizational prowess who want to "learn to earn" more than they ever thought possible. We seek dedicated and dependable dynamos who are excited for a life-changing career rather than just a job to pay the bills. You must desire a life with purpose and actively work toward learning many new things in a quickly growing field of healthcare that offers proven and effective alternatives to mainstream drugs and surgery.
Previous office, clerical, phone, computer, and organizational experience is preferred but not mandatory. We offer extensive training for the right people. This is the perfect opportunity for those with a background or education in healthcare, anatomy, nutrition, physiology, chiropractic, detoxification, and a biblically-based understanding of health and wellness. The right individuals must be quick learners who are able to multi-task in a fast-paced and increasingly active office environment. Confidence with maintaining and collecting payments along with some familiarity with medical and clinical terminology would also be preferred, but proper training can and will be provided. The ideal candidates must be health conscious and share a desire to personally utilize and demonstrate natural health to make an eternal impact on this (and many more communities) in the future.
This individual must have a desire to excel as a top-performing contributor and leader on a growing team of world shakers. The patient care coordinator position integrates with the office manager to handle all aspects of patient clinical contact.
Primary duties of patient care coordinator will include:
- Completion of required and ongoing training for daily personal development.
- Warmly invites and orients clients to appropriate rooms and services.
- Competently and completely records findings in client charts.

- Puts Report of Findings and Progress Report documents together from doctor's notes.
- Interviews nutrition clients to gather data pertinent to each visit.
- Prepares and distributes welcome packets to new clients and seminar guests.
- Assists the doctor with patient care as needed.
Other duties may include:
- Handling of inbound and outbound phone calls with excellence in a timely organization.
- Collection of payments for all services and products offered.
- Scheduling of appointments and meetings via a computerized calendar system.
- Completion of required and ongoing training for daily personal development.

To apply, please call between 5 pm and 8 am to leave us a message.
Do not stop by our office for any reason regarding this job posting. Doing so will, unfortunately, disqualify you from applying for a position in our organization. We are a fast-paced and very efficient office delivering healthcare to dozens each day. Multiple inquiries regarding job postings would severely inhibit our productivity.
