Custodial Tech III

Under general direction, the Custodial Tech III assists with overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of the facilities

The Custodial Tech III also assists in monitoring inventory and the delivery of supplies as needed.

· High school diploma/GED preferred

· Minimum one year experience in commercial housekeeping, custodial or related work with progressive levels of responsibility

· Record of above average performance and success in supervising and directing the work of others or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

· Valid Ohio Driver's license with an acceptable driving record, current vehicle insurance and own transportation able to drive a company vehicle

  • Perform custodial and cleaning duties in a variety of settings, including commercial and industrial facilities

  • Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and buffing
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas
  • Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, and common areas
  • Handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness goals

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles

- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment

- Ability to operate floor care machinery, such as buffers and scrubbers

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
