Primary Responsibilities:
The Operations Human Resources Department has an immediate opportunity for a Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a talented and high performing HR team located at the Dallas, TX Distribution Center. The primary responsibility of the HRBP is to serve as the Distribution Center's HR leader and thought partner.
We are seeking an experienced HRBP who can drive change and business results using strong influencing skills and deep Human Resources expertise. Specific experience with organizational design, employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, and leadership are a must.
Accountability is accomplished through working collaboratively with distribution center leaders and the HR Centers of Excellence teams to foster an environment consistent with KeHE's Culture, Mission, and Values.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the senior HR leader and strategic advisor for the Dallas Distribution Center, aligning people strategy with operational and business objectives
- Lead, develop, and coach the onsite HR team, fostering excellence in employee relations, talent management, and organization design
- Drive change and transformation initiatives that enhance culture, performance, and workforce scalability
- Partner with leaders and Centers of Excellence to implement integrated HR strategies
- Oversee complex employee relations matters to ensure compliance, equity, and consistency with KeHE values
- Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, identify workforce trends, and measure impact
- Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement that supports business growth and employee engagementMinimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role supporting large-scale distributions, manufacturing or logistics operations
- Proven success in organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning
- Strong influence and coaching capability with leaders; skilled in navigating complex employees and labor relations
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive measurable business results
- Proficiency in HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Dayforce, iCIMS, Visier)
