Learning & Development Specialist (LDS)

  • Donor Alliance is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist (LDS) in the Denver, CO area. This role is responsible for ensuring that learning tools and programs, built upon organizational knowledge, meet defined objectives that maximize organizational performance outcomes and business impact.
  • This position works closely with leadership and subject matter experts to design, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs responsive to the needs of the organization.
  • Strong skills with software applications and meticulous documentation are essential components of the job, as are planning, program development, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive training plans to ensure adequate and complete training.
  • Serves as Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. Competent in managing all aspects of the LMS application to organize and ensure smooth flow of training system and maintain meticulous documentation of training activities to meet government and industry regulatory audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Clinical Operations, Communication, Business Administration or a closely related field and/or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience in training and development or instructional design is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software, including but not limited to, Windows (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook - Intermediate to Advanced skills) required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Surgical background or knowledge is a plus
