As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout residential locations. Your presence will provide reassurance to residents while you monitor assigned areas and respond to situations as they arise. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property by vehicle, maintaining visibility, and delivering excellent customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist residents, visitors, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document and communicate all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
