What You'll Do

Meet with Homeowners

Conduct engaging, in-home consultations, listen carefully to their needs, and offer

tailored solutions that truly solve their problems.

Guide Projects with Care

Walk clients through the process, keeping communication clear, timelines smooth,

and expectations aligned.

Collaborate with the Team

Work closely with production, design, and leadership to ensure every project

reflects our high standards.

Generate Opportunities

Manage company-provided leads and create new business through personal

networking, referrals, and reputation.

Grow Continuously

Participate in professional training and coaching to sharpen your sales and

customer service expertise.

 First-year reps typically sell $650,000 - $1,000,000 and earn $55,000 -

$85,000 in commissions (before bonuses).

 Experienced reps can earn $95,000–$166,000+ annually.
