About the role: Program Manager

  • Responsible for providing adequate support and supervision of post-secondary program faculty and independent living coach using creative, effective approaches.
  • Serve as site supervisor for the Hospitality program at Chateau Mar Golf Resort, including management of on-site team members and day-to-day coordination of the program's lab component.
  • Assist the Director of Arcs Educates with administering programmatic aspects of the agency's post-postsecondary programs including meeting outreach and educational outcomes for the programs and students, leading activities to ensure quality educational experiences, and conducting ongoing faculty/staff development and evaluation.
  • Help the Director of Arc Educates in monitoring and ensuring program procedures align with all accreditation/regulatory/funder/agency guidelines, regulations, policies and procedures, and helps with data collection and analysis for reporting and accreditation purposes.

What are the requirements?

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional Design, or Business-related field (e.g. Business Administration/Human Resources/Hospitality/Food Service Management) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience; preferably in non-profit.
  • Demonstrates proficiency and effectiveness in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management and ability to handle high volume multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid FL driver's license and successful level II background check, physical and drug screen.
