Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Cleaning Supervisor for a daytime position in Hallandale Beach, FL. The ideal candidate must be bilingual , with proven leadership skills in the cleaning or janitorial industry.

This position oversees daily cleaning operations, ensures quality standards are met, and coordinates staff assignments during the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support cleaning staff across assigned areas.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing performance feedback.
  • Communicate with management and clients professionally (English required).
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Fill in and assist with cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience as a cleaning or janitorial supervisor.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States. (I-9 verification; E-Verify participant)
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
