What You'll Do:

• Conduct screening of personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries as they enter the logistics and distribution facility, following established security-related procedures.
• Assist in maintaining orderly access control at designated entry and exit points in the location.
• Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate based on site protocols.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding individuals through established procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Document and report any irregularities, suspicious activity, or security-related incidents observed during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with site staff and other Allied Universal personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items within the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
